Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, sour cream, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Cut mozzarella cheese sticks in half. Wrap each half with the spinach mixture, making sure there are no gaps.
  3. Prepare the breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  4. Coat each wrapped stick in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F. Fry sticks for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
