Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry tofu cubes in a single layer for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to low and pour the sauce over the fried tofu, gently tossing to coat.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately over cooked rice or quinoa.
