- In a medium mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, kosher salt, chili powder, and onion powder. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and Sriracha until well combined.
- Remove the skin from salmon and cut into bite-sized chunks. Toss with the spice blend.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon in a single layer.
- Flip the salmon after 1 minute and pour the glaze over them. Cook for another minute.
- Stir salmon and glaze together, cooking for another 60-90 seconds until the sauce thickens.
- Let the salmon bites rest for 2-3 minutes to allow the glaze to set.
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy warm.
