Preparation

- In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring to combine.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are firm.
- Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
