Step-by-Step Instructions for Delectable Filipino Sans Rival
  1. Preheat your oven to 285°F (140°C) and prepare baking pans by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. Spread raw cashew nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Ensure mixing bowl and whisk are clean, then beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  4. Slowly add granulated sugar to whipped egg whites, beating until stiff peaks form, then fold in cashews and vanilla.
