Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with paper liners or grease each cup.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet bananas, stirring gently until just combined.

  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
