Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder. Sauté in olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
  3. Stir in jasmine rice, chicken broth, and remaining salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, and nestle the chicken on top. Let it sit covered for 5 minutes before serving.
