Method
 

Cooking Instructions

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sauté the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Whisk tahini paste, lemon juice, and water in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust consistency if needed.
  5. Assemble the bowls starting with brown rice, then topping with chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, and tahini sauce.
