- Combine 1 teaspoon of loose leaf Earl Grey tea and edible lavender in a mason jar or French press.
- Pour 1 cup of cold water over the tea mixture and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to cold brew.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to get a clear cold brew concentrate.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, about halfway.
- Pour the cold brewed tea concentrate into the glass halfway, then add unsweetened almond milk until almost full.
- Stir in pure maple syrup or honey to taste.
- Serve and enjoy your Cold Brewed Iced Earl Grey Latte, optionally garnished with lavender or lemon.
