Ingredients
  

For the Tea
  • 1 teaspoon Earl Grey loose leaf tea or 1-2 tea bags
  • 1 cup Cold water
For the Milk
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk can substitute with organic soy milk or cashew milk
  • to taste Pure maple syrup or honey avoid stevia or coconut sugar
Optional Enhancements
  • 1 teaspoon Edible lavender optional
  • Ice cubes keep your latte cold

Equipment

  • Mason jar or French press
  • Fine mesh strainer or coffee filter
  • Tall glass or mason jar

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine 1 teaspoon of loose leaf Earl Grey tea and edible lavender in a mason jar or French press.
  2. Pour 1 cup of cold water over the tea mixture and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to cold brew.
  3. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to get a clear cold brew concentrate.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, about halfway.
  5. Pour the cold brewed tea concentrate into the glass halfway, then add unsweetened almond milk until almost full.
  6. Stir in pure maple syrup or honey to taste.
  7. Serve and enjoy your Cold Brewed Iced Earl Grey Latte, optionally garnished with lavender or lemon.
