Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Incorporate spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix in cream cheese and cheese until well combined.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 3x3 inch squares, about 24 total.
  7. Fill each square with about a teaspoon of filling and fold into triangles, sealing edges.
  8. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
  9. Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
