Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Finely chop the green cabbage and jalapeño, then add them to the mashed chickpeas.
  4. Pour the dressing over the chickpea and vegetable mixture and stir gently until well combined.
  5. Spread hummus on one slice of bread, top with chickpea mixture, and place a second slice of bread spread with mustard on top.
