Ingredients
  

Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Use ripe strawberries for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Sweetener (Honey or Agave) Adjust according to desired sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin or Agar Agar Powder Gelatin for non-vegan; agar agar for vegan.
Cream Layer (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Cream Can substitute with non-dairy milk.

Method
 

Making Gummies
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
  2. Heat strawberry puree with sweetener and gelatin in a saucepan, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Pour mixture into molds, filling three-quarters full, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
  4. For the cream layer, mix coconut cream with gelatin, heat, and pour over set strawberry layer. Refrigerate for another hour.
  5. Flex molds to release gummies after they are firm. Store in an airtight container.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
