Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta by boiling salted water and adding the short pasta. Cook until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare vegetables by washing and chopping the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and finely chopping red onion.
  3. Combine cooled pasta, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl. Add Kalamata olives and feta cheese.
  4. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Fold in chopped parsley and dill just before serving.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
