- Begin by bringing 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, add the tea bags and spice ball filled with whole cloves and ground cinnamon. Steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and spice ball, then whisk in sugar until fully dissolved. Taste to adjust sweetness.
- In a 2-quart pitcher, mix together cranberry juice, thawed orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice. Pour sweetened tea mixture over it and stir well.
- You can refrigerate the concentrate for later or serve immediately. If serving, dilute with 10 cups of cold water.
- Garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries before serving.
