  • 1 cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate Thawed before use.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh is best.
  • 2 bags Tea Bags Black tea recommended.
For the Spices
  • 5 whole Whole Cloves Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Can use cinnamon sticks.
For Sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust to taste.
For Garnish
  • Fresh or Frozen Cranberries Optional for presentation.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, add the tea bags and spice ball filled with whole cloves and ground cinnamon. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and spice ball, then whisk in sugar until fully dissolved. Taste to adjust sweetness.
  4. In a 2-quart pitcher, mix together cranberry juice, thawed orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice. Pour sweetened tea mixture over it and stir well.
  5. You can refrigerate the concentrate for later or serve immediately. If serving, dilute with 10 cups of cold water.
  6. Garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries before serving.
