Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Bake the spaghetti squash for 45 minutes and chicken for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, scrape the spaghetti squash into strands.
  6. Combine the spaghetti squash, chopped chicken, and pesto in a bowl.
  7. Stuff the mixture back into the squash halves and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Broil for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
