  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pepperoni Any deli meat or veggies can be used as substitutes.
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce Both homemade and store-bought options are great.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Tomato Passata Can substitute with crushed tomatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground for more flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Add more for a stronger flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a shallow bowl, crack and whisk together the large eggs until blended.
  2. Fill a large shallow dish with warm water and dip each rice paper sheet for about 5 seconds until soft.
  3. Lay the dipped sheets on a flat surface, ready for assembly.
  4. Take three softened rice paper sheets, lay them overlapping, spread a spoonful of pizza sauce, and layer with cheese, chicken or turkey, and pepperoni.
  5. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to create a neat log shape.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolls seam-side down, ensuring they're spaced apart.
  7. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce.
