Preparation
- Finely chop the water chestnuts into small pieces and set them aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Knorr mix. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped water chestnuts and bacon pieces.
- Spread a quarter of the filling on each tortilla and roll tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Unwrap and slice each rolled tortilla into six pieces for serving.
