Ingredients
  

For the Creamy Filling
  • 1 cup Frozen Chopped Spinach Thaw and drain well
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Can use low-fat or vegan alternative
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Plain yogurt can work too
  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix Optional for extra flavor
  • 1 cup Bacon Pieces Omit or use vegetarian substitute if needed
  • 1/2 cup Water Chestnuts Finely chopped
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Spinach Flour Tortillas Regular tortillas can be substituted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the water chestnuts into small pieces and set them aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Knorr mix. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped water chestnuts and bacon pieces.
  4. Spread a quarter of the filling on each tortilla and roll tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Unwrap and slice each rolled tortilla into six pieces for serving.
