Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately ¼-inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese across the surface of the rolled-out dough, leaving an inch of border.
  4. Layer your choice of toppings over the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over your toppings.
  6. Carefully roll the dough away from you, sealing the edges securely.
  7. Brush the rolled dough with olive oil and apply an egg wash for a golden finish.
