Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce and minced garlic until well combined. Set aside.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and assemble the flatbreads by spreading Caesar dressing, layering chicken, romaine, and parmesan cheese, then drizzle with the soy-garlic mixture.
  5. Bake the assembled flatbreads in the oven for 8–10 minutes until edges are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice into portions, and serve.
