Caprese Pasta Salad Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook al dente according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain and Cool the Pasta: Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and rinse lightly with cold water. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  3. Combine Tomatoes and Mozzarella: In a large mixing bowl, add halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Add the Pasta: Transfer cooled pasta to the bowl and carefully fold it into the tomato and mozzarella mixture.
  5. Incorporate the Basil: Slice fresh basil into ribbons and toss into the salad delicately.
  6. Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper until well blended.
