  • 1 bag Doritos lightly crushed
  • 3 stalks Green Onions optional, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the ground beef and chopped onion until browned and onions are soft.
  3. Add taco seasoning and salsa, cooking for 2 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Stir in cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and corn until creamy and well-combined.
  5. Layer half of the crushed Doritos in the baking dish.
  6. Top with half of the beef mixture and half of the cheeses.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining Doritos, beef mixture, and cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions and serve.
