Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. Whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk in a mixing bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag and fill the donut pan cavities two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
