  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
For the Shell
  • 10 pcs Flour or Corn Tortillas thin for easier rolling
For Baking
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Spray or Olive Oil for crispiness when baked

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas wrapped in a damp paper towel in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
  4. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken and cheese filling onto the center of each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the filled taquitos with olive oil and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
