Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cut the sirloin or ribeye steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, add unsalted butter and minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then add steak back into the skillet.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, then heavy cream and whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Serve the steak bites with the Parmesan cream sauce draped over and garnish with parsley.
