Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup of peanut butter, ¾ cup of chicken broth, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 2 teaspoons of hot sauce. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
- Cut 1 pound of chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper, then toss in ½ cup of cornstarch.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
