Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil the shrimp in salted water for 2-3 minutes until opaque and pink, then cool under cold water.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Mix the cooled shrimp with the sauce and add Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  5. Assemble by pouring the shrimp mixture into the greased baking dish.
  6. Create the topping by mixing panko breadcrumbs, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, then sprinkle over the shrimp.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
