Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Strawberry Lemonade
- Juice 5-6 fresh lemons using a citrus juicer, collecting about 1 cup of lemon juice and straining out seeds and pulp.
- In a blender, combine the lemon juice, 1/2 cup honey (or sugar), and 2 cups cold water with 2 cups ice. Blend on low for about 1 minute.
- Wash and hull 1 cup of strawberries, slice in half, and add to the blender. Pulse a few times until they are chopped but still chunky.
- Pour in an additional 2 cups of cold water and blend briefly on medium speed for 20-30 seconds.
- Pour the Easy Strawberry Lemonade over ice-filled glasses. Garnish with mint or basil if desired.
