  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries washed and hulled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup/agave for lower sugar

  • Add-ins chia seeds, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts
  • Chocolate dip melted dark chocolate (optional)

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull about 1 cup of fresh strawberries. Blend with 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Combine the strawberry purée with 1 cup of Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir until blended, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or zip-top bag and pipe small dollops onto a lined sheet pan.
  4. Place the sheet pan in the freezer for about 1 hour until bites are frozen solid.
  5. Remove the bites from the freezer and serve immediately for a refreshing treat.
