Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Spray a large sheet pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place halved baby potatoes on one-third of the sheet pan.
  4. Arrange trimmed green beans in the middle of the sheet pan.
  5. Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with garlic, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  6. Layer sliced boneless ham on the remaining third of the sheet pan, overlapping slices. Top with pineapple rings.
  7. In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Stir over medium heat untilsimmering and sugar dissolves.
  8. Glaze the ham and pineapple with the mixture, drizzling some on the surrounding veggies.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and ham is heated through.
  10. Let rest for a few minutes before serving directly from the sheet pan.
