Step-by-Step Instructions for Fiery Chicken Ramen
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown at 165°F, then remove and let rest.
  3. Lower heat, add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
