  • 1 tablespoon Thai Chili Sauce adjust according to spice preference

For the Wrapping
  • 4 pieces Tortillas/Rice Paper choose gluten-free options if needed

  • 1 cup Persian Cucumbers thinly sliced

  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Thai chili sauce, toasted sesame oil, and Chinese 5-spice powder. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef for 4-5 minutes until browned. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 2 minutes. Pour in sauce mixture and stir until well-coated.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or soak rice paper in warm water for 15-20 seconds until softened. Prepare for rolling.
  4. On each wrapper, place beef mixture followed by cucumbers, cilantro, Thai basil, green onions, and peanuts. Roll tightly.
  5. For dipping sauce, whisk honey, ketchup, chili paste, lime juice, and other ingredients. Adjust flavors to taste.
  6. Serve the rolls warm, with the dipping sauce on the side.
