  • 1/3 cup Oil Vegetable or canola

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat the sides and bottom of an 8x8 pan with baking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix with oil, eggs, and water; mix until smooth but do not overmix.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries into the brownie batter.
  4. Spoon raspberry jam onto the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Press additional raspberries into the top of the batter.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
