- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat the sides and bottom of an 8x8 pan with baking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix with oil, eggs, and water; mix until smooth but do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries into the brownie batter.
- Spoon raspberry jam onto the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Press additional raspberries into the top of the batter.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
