Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix gently without overmixing.
  3. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking sheet or loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf form.
  4. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and it's golden brown.
  5. While baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in extra Parmesan and chopped parsley.
  6. Brush the glaze over the baked meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
