  • 1 tsp Dried Basil fresh herbs can be used
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper modify according to spice tolerance
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk can use plant-based milk
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter used in the glaze
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan for topping
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare your baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan, add additional minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then stir in more Parmesan and chopped parsley.
  6. Brush the garlic-Parmesan glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh parsley.
