Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Gently fold in the milk until fully integrated.
  4. Shape the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and sprinkle mozzarella if desired.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  7. Let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
