Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (Fan) / 220°C.
  2. Combine garlic-infused oil or minced garlic paste in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Mix the gluten-free self-raising flour, yogurt, salt, and xanthan gum until roughly combined.
  4. Knead the dough for a couple of minutes until it forms a smooth ball.
  5. Divide the dough into 4-5 equal pieces and roll each into a circular shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
  6. Cook each pizza base in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
  7. Flip the dough and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden.
  8. Spread the garlic butter mixture over the cooled pizza bases.
  9. Optional: Add cheese on top and bake for about 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  10. Cut into slices and serve warm.
