Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F) or your oven to 400°F (200°C). Allow at least 10 minutes for the surface to reach the desired temperature.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or bake in the oven, flipping halfway until golden brown and cooked through, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from grill or oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into tenders.
  5. Serve hot, ideally with a fresh Greek salad or grilled vegetables.
