Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather baking supplies, including a muffin pan and liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Kodiak Buttermilk Flapjack Mix, ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice blend, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe banana. Add pumpkin purée, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, eggs, honey, and avocado oil. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
