  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until slightly crispy.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add grains. Follow package instructions, typically around 15–20 minutes until tender. Drain and fluff.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble the bowls: Start with grains, layer sliced chicken and roasted broccoli on top, and drizzle creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with herbs.
