Preparation Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat each wing with the spice rub and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F to 400°F.
  4. Halve the mangoes, sprinkle with brown sugar, and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Blend the grilled mango with apple cider until smooth.
  6. Grill the marinated wings for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Drizzle the mango glaze over wings and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
