Step-by-step Instructions
  1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, trim off both ends, and slice them lengthwise into ½-inch thick strips.
  2. Sprinkle the zucchini slices generously with salt and allow them to sit for about 20 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
  3. Pat the zucchini slices dry with a paper towel. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C), and brush the zucchini with olive oil.
  4. Place the coated zucchini slices on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove the grilled zucchini and top with goat cheese, basil, and a drizzle of honey.
