Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1/2 cup of water until it reaches a rolling boil, then pour over 2 bags of white tea and steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in 1/4 cup of honey while the mixture is still warm until dissolved.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the tea base and let it chill for about 10 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, stir in 1 cup of pure guava juice and 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon or mint if desired.
