Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling ½ cup of water in a kettle or small pot. Once it reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat and dissolve a teaspoon of honey, stirring well. Place your white tea bag into the hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. After steeping, remove the tea bag and add ½ cup of ice cubes to the brewed tea. Let it cool for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. In a large pitcher, pour in 1 cup of guava juice and ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes, pour the tea mixture over the ice, and garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
