Step-by-Step Instructions for Protein Cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar substitute, egg, and vanilla protein powder until smooth.
  3. Scoop out portions of the dough and shape into 12 equal balls, placing them on the prepared cookie sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly for even baking and space them about two inches apart.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until edges are light golden brown.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
