- In a medium saucepan, combine glucose syrup and sugar over medium heat. Stir gently until dissolved and slightly bubbling, about 5–7 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in gelatin into the warm mixture, stirring until fully dissolved, approximately 3–5 minutes.
- Mix in citric acid, lactic acid, and malic acid. Add desired food coloring until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them to the brim. Allow to set at room temperature for 4–6 hours.
- Once set, remove from molds and if desired, roll in granulated sugar to enhance sweetness.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
