Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the mixture into dollops, spacing them out for flattening.
  4. Insert sticks into each dollop and gently press to flatten them into bar shapes.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for extra crunch.
  6. Freeze the tray for 1-2 hours until bars are firm.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if desired.
  8. Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then return to the parchment-lined tray.
  9. Freeze again for 30 minutes to set the chocolate coating.
