- In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick and protein powder, whisking until well blended. Gradually add in the milk and maple extract, stirring gently until the batter reaches a smooth consistency that flows easily from a spoon. Set the batter aside while you heat the skillet.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
