Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Spread a layer of unsalted butter on one side of a slice of bread, then place it butter-side down in the skillet.
  3. Spread spinach pesto on top of the bread in the pan.
  4. Layer broken fresh burrata pieces on the pesto.
  5. Top with another slice of bread and spread butter on the outer side.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, slice, and enjoy!
