Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

- Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture.
- Fold in melted white chocolate, coconut, and pecans.
- Divide the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter, add sugar, vanilla, and melted white chocolate.
- Once cool, frost the cakes with the cream cheese frosting.
- Garnish as desired and serve.
