- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Finely mince several cloves of garlic.
- Combine softened cream cheese, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract. Blend until creamy.
- Heat 20g of butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix sautéed garlic with melted butter, milk, heavy cream, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of sugar, dried parsley, an egg, and salt until smooth.
- Carefully cut each brioche bun into six sections, keeping the bottom intact.
- Fill each bun with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag.
- Dip each filled bun into the garlic butter custard.
- Pipe more cream cheese mixture into the center of each bun after dipping.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Allow the buns to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
