Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Finely mince several cloves of garlic.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract. Blend until creamy.
  4. Heat 20g of butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix sautéed garlic with melted butter, milk, heavy cream, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of sugar, dried parsley, an egg, and salt until smooth.
  6. Carefully cut each brioche bun into six sections, keeping the bottom intact.
  7. Fill each bun with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag.
  8. Dip each filled bun into the garlic butter custard.
  9. Pipe more cream cheese mixture into the center of each bun after dipping.
  10. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  11. Allow the buns to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
